Argan oil has been used as a precious healing & seasoning oil by the Berber women & nomads of Morrocco for milennia. The Argan trees that grow across the dry terrain of Morocco, produce fruits that yield a rich oil believed to have even better anti-oxidant properties than olive oil. A traditional ingredient in Morroccan dishes such as amlou, pastries & couscous dishes, the Berber women also use the oil to treat dry skin conditons. Its richness makes it a superb skin treatment, ideal for eczema, stretch marks or skin maintainance, keeping the skin soft, supple & hydrated.

PLEASE NOTE: This oil is not for the faint-hearted! As it is organic & unrefined, it retains its pungent, natural aroma. However, once applied to the skin the strong aroma does not linger!

We recommend: diluting this oil with another fantastic African oil, such as baobab or watermelon for an indulgent belly & body oil.
