How do I order?

To order from Fairganic choose a design, size and colour, then click 'add to order'. A new window will open for Paypal secure payment and will display what is in your basket. Check that the goods are what you want and when you are ready,click 'secure checkout'. The total amount will then be displayed including first class recorded delivery and packing. Follow the Paypal instructions, after you are finished you will receive an email from Paypal confirming your order.

How can I pay?

You can pay using Paypal's secure site with your Credit card, Debit card or if you have one, a Paypal account. Alternatively you can send us an order in writing stating exactly what it is you would like along with a cheque or postal order made payable to Fairganic ltd. Remember to tell us if it is for a man, woman or child, the size, design and colour and to include your address and contact details. If you pay by cheque we will dispatch the goods as soon as it has cleared (usually 5 working days). Our postal address is; Fairganic ltd, 17 The Sidings, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2PX.

The T-shirt I want is out of stock!

If we have sold out of the design that you particularly wanted please us or phone 0800 6128723 and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.

How do I best look after my T-shirt?

If you look after your T-shirt properly it should last for many years. We recommend that you always wash it at a temperature of 40 degrees or less and that you use a biodegradable washing product like Bio-D (see links). Try air drying your T-shirt to save electricity. Hang it upside down on the clothes line after shaking the creases out, this will avoid the whole ironing scenario!

What is the right size for me?

Please note: We recommend ordering one size larger than you normally would – all our T-shirts are close-fitting.

Delivery:

Standard price for packaging and delivery is £3.50

T-shirts will normally be dispatched the next working day by first class recorded delivery. Royal Mail aim to get the package to you the day after it is dispatched but this can sometimes vary. You will need to sign for the package.

Overseas orders will take longer to get there and will cost more - (please us before ordering);
Europe- £5.50 (customs duties may apply)
Worldwide- £9.00 (customs duties may apply)

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (or 14 days if overseas) email us at orders@fairganic.co.uk and we will find out what has happened for you.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your Fairganic T-shirt then please send it back in the condition it arrived in, stating what the problem is. We will then either replace it for you or give you a full refund.

Submit a Design:

We are always on the lookout for new designs, so if you have one that you think would be suitable for our range please send it in as a paper copy. Sorry but we cannot return any submissions, please do not email attachments to us, our spam filter is ruthless and will bin them, along with the rest of your email!
