Manufacturer’s Warranties/Guarantees

We are a retailer of all the products we sell and do not manufacture or make any of them ourselves.

Many of our products do come with manufacturer’s warranties or guarantees which are often for a period of years.  These are extra in addition to your statutory rights and are created by the manufacturer and so need to be honoured by them.

However, your legal contract as a consumer is with us as a retailer so in the first instance you should contact us on sales@Fairganic.co.uk if you wish to invoke a warranty or guarantee.  However, we may respond that you need to contact the manufacturer direct and will give you their contact details.  We are most likely to do this if it has been some time (around six months) since you bought the goods from us.
