Lost Items/Non-Arrivals

There are some are occasions where goods go missing during the delivery process. 

We generally do not send by recorded/registered post as this costs more, which is a cost we would have to pass on to our customers.  Tracking numbers are also no use unless delivery has been attempted by the post office.  So if a parcel is stolen or misplaced then a tracking number is of no use.
