Faulty Goods On the rare occasion that you receive your goods and they are faulty then you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to test all goods immediately upon receipt of them, even if they are intended for future use or as a present, so that any faults can be identified as soon as possible. We are only able to replace goods with identical products - requests for different sizes or colours are acceptable, subject to availability. If you wish to order additional items or a completely different item in replacement it will be treated as a new order. This Fairganic guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item within 14 days of receipt because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective we will pay for the return. We have a returns form and a FREEPOST address which you can obtain by emailing us at sales@Fairganic.co.uk or calling us on 0800 612 8723.
