Please note that you have a legal right under The Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods.  This is often referred to as a ‘cooling off’ period. This is provided the goods are returned to us new in an unused condition in the original packaging.  Please make sure you pack the goods securely as they will need to be re-sold.  

Once we have received the goods you will then be refunded for them in the same way you used to pay for your order or by cheque.   

These cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been made to order.
