Our office hours are 10am - 5pm GMT Monday - Friday, except for bank holidays.  During these times you can expect the phone to be answered, unless we are already on another call or unavoidably unable to get to the phone.  We are sometimes available to answer calls on weekends and UK bank holidays but this is not guaranteed.  If you do not get an answer when calling then please try us again during normal Monday - Friday office hours. 

Orders are posted Monday - Friday only.

Please note we are an internet based retailer and do not have any premises you can visit us at - we take orders either on this website or on the telephone (0800 612 8723).  Our address is a correspondance one only.
