Orders for delivery in the UK and received before 3PM GMT are dispatched the same working day, when possible, and go via Royal Mail Second Class post. Royal Mail's website says that second class post should be delivered within 2 to 5 days but this is not guaranteed and it can take longer. We have also found that there have been a few instances where it has taken longer than five working days so we would ask that you leave it for at least five working days before contacting us. But we do find that the majority of our parcels are received within two to three working days though. Once we have despatched a package we have no control over the delivery by Royal Mail. Working days for us and Royal Mail are Monday to Friday.

 The UK mainland area covers all postcodes in England and Wales. The following areas are also classified as UK mainland - however, please allow an extra working day for delivery to these postcodes:

Aberdeen AB13-63, Dundee DD8-10, Dumfries DG1-16, Exeter EX16-23 & EX31-39, Falkirk FK1-21, Holy Island TD152, Isle of Wight PO30-41, Kilmarnock KA26, Llandrindod LD1-8, Llandudno LL15-78, Perth PH8-16, Plymouth PL11-35, Shrewsbury SY7-25, Truro TR1-27. 

Sent via Courier or Special delivery to avoid any Royal Mail Disturbances. Typically orders made before 1pm are sent the same day. This is a 48 Hour Service, a signature will be required.

Delivery to these areas cost us more, but we will try our best to deliver for the postage charges detailed above. If however we need to charge a little more we will contact you to advise you of this. Please contact customer services should you have any queries.

We’ll gladly send your order to an overseas destination.

For charges; please enter the items you wish to buy into your shopping basket and put in your destination address. The website will charge you the standard postage which is £5.99 for Europe and £8.99 for outside of Europe. However, if the package is a heavy one (2kg or more) it is likely that we will have to charge you more as overseas postage costs us more. We will never charge you more than it costs us to send your order and we will inform you before taking any extra money.

We send overseas packages by standard UK Royal Mail overseas postage which does not have tracking numbers. To send with a tracking number costs us more. If you require your order to have a tracking number then you need to let us know in advance of making your order and we will need to charge you more for this.

Delivery to non-UK addresses obviously takes longer and we cannot guarantee how long it will take or when your order will be received unless you have discussed this with us and paid more for the delivery. We have no control over the postage system in the UK or overseas.
